I believe that being a successful professional means not only scoring the highest results at work with the team and stakeholders, but also achieving this goal while enjoying the journey of learning and growing as a leader.

My mission is to partner with talents and executives to solve the obstacles and dilemmas they face in their leadership journey so that they can perform at their fullest potential and feel engaged in their work and life.

I accomplish this mission by leveraging my 18+ years of experience as an executive in the energy sector, my international background (I lived in 4 countries and I speak fluently 4 languages), and my studies in adult behavior psychology and neuroscience acquired during my certification as Executive Coach at Columbia University in New York.
